At Yoga Moha, we believe in the traditional values of yoga that bring out the best of the mental, physical, and spiritual potential of an individual. Yoga is a philosophy, a lifestyle that unionizes the mind, body, and spirit in harmony.
Yoga Moha aims to provide the best information, resources, and guides. Paving a simpler and easier path for online yogis around the world. That would include everything from Meditation, Knowledge, Asanas, Types of Yoga to Yoga Accessories, Yoga Teachers, Food-to-eat, Yoga Centers, etc.
Our Views
Today, Yoga is more popular than ever, either understood as a form of physical exercise or as asanas (physical postures), which everyone follows to have better control of mind and body and to enhance their well-being. However, in 5,000 years of its history, the term “yoga” has gone through a massive change in its culture, exchanging the loincloth for a leotard and leggings.
Since, Yoga is mostly associated with postures, exercise, and workout regimes today. (Which it clearly is much more than just that!) We seek to contribute by making everyone aware that Yoga is a much deeper experience or tool to enhance the quality of life itself.
At Yoga Moha, you will have a clear understanding of what Yoga truly is, along with all its associates.
