Yoga Moha aims at providing the best information, resources and updates related to Yoga. That would include everything from Meditation, Knowledge, Asanas, Types of Yoga to Yoga Accessories, Food-to-eat, Yoga Centers, etc.

Today, Yoga is more popular than ever, either understood as a form of physical exercise or as asanas (physical postures), everyone follows it to have a better control of mind and body and to enhance their well-being. However, in 5,000 years of its history, the term “yoga” has gone through a massive change in its culture, exchanging the loincloth for a leotard and leggings. Since, Yoga is mostly associated with postures, exercise and work-out regimes today. (Which it clearly is much more than just that!) We seek to contribute by making everyone aware that Yoga is a much deeper experience or tool to enhance the quality of life itself.
