Formulated by Bikram Chaudhary in 1970s, Bikram yoga is the proprietary system of hot yoga and consists of 26 asanas that include two pranayama techniques. The 26 yoga poses of Bikram yoga are each performed twice in a single 90-minute class which are derived from the ‘Hatha yoga‘.

  4. Varicose Vein – If you have any conditions of varicose vein, it is better to avoid this yoga. The hot temperature in the room causes vasodilation, which causes your blood to get accumulated in the legs (or areas which are gravity-dependent) and in turn worsens the case of varicose vein
  5. Rheumatoid Heart Disease– While this yoga can be very good for people with rheumatoid arthritis but is not suitable for those with the rheumatoid heart disease
